Preserves jars

‘ad-sell-group’’s preservative jars are the benchmark solution in the plastic packaging sector, designed specifically for industrial manufacturers of fish products, seafood, ready-made salads and delicatessen products in complex fillings. Our range covers the full spectrum of popular volumes from 120 ml to 1,500 ml, enabling us to meet the needs of both retail portion-sized packaging and the HoReCa sector (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés). Each model is designed for seamless integration into automated industrial filling lines: from vacuum manipulators to high-speed labelling units. This eliminates the need for costly equipment modifications and minimises production downtime.
The products are manufactured exclusively from virgin food-grade polypropylene (PP) sourced from leading European and Arab suppliers. The use of virgin polymer guarantees full compliance with sanitary and hygiene regulations and international safety standards. The material has exceptional chemical inertness: it is resistant to the corrosive effects of concentrated salt solutions, vinegar and lemon marinades, vegetable oils and complex spicy environments. Unlike cheaper alternatives, our polypropylene does not react with fatty acids, does not absorb odours and completely prevents the migration of components into the product. This is a decisive factor for preserves with a long shelf life, where the preservation of organoleptic properties (taste, aroma, colour) is a priority.
The areas of application for our packaging extend not only to the traditional fishing industry but also to a wide range of related sectors. In the fishing sector, the jars are ideal for packaging caviar, herring fillets, mackerel and trout in oil, brine or spiced marinades. Oval shapes and ‘boat-shaped’ jars allow large-cut products to be packed without deforming the fibres, whilst maintaining an attractive appearance. In the seafood segment, our packaging provides reliable containers for shrimp, mussel and octopus cocktails, where a completely airtight seal is essential to prevent the brine from leaking. Food production facilities use our products for packaging ready-made salads (Korean-style carrot salad, seaweed salad), mayonnaise-based sauces, pâtés and spreads.
Outside the food sector, ‘ad-sell-group’ jars are widely used in the cosmetics industry for packaging professional face masks, scrubs and thick creams, where a chemically stable container with a tamper-evident seal is required. The products are also in demand in the agricultural sector for packaging fertilisers and seeds, as well as in the technical sector – for pastes, lubricants and small metal components. Precise control of the container’s geometry ensures the stable operation of capping systems, whilst minimised wall thickness tolerances guarantee an even distribution of vertical load during transport.
The containers’ temperature resistance (from -20°C to +110°C) allows for hot filling, pasteurisation and subsequent shock cooling without the risk of deformation or cracking. The optical transparency of the walls creates a ‘showcase effect’, allowing consumers to assess the quality of the product without opening the packaging. Logistical efficiency is achieved through a ‘bank-in-bank’ system, which allows for the formation of tall pallets with maximum density. Brand protection is ensured by an integrated security seal, which requires a specific amount of force to break, making it impossible to open the container unnoticed during logistics.
On request, packaging can be produced in corporate colours for bulk orders.
For professional manufacturers, ‘ad-sell-group’ packaging is a strategic tool for minimising losses and increasing brand recognition in a competitive market.
