Shipping Methods
Shipping is at the buyer’s expense via one of the most convenient methods:
- Nova Poshta
- Delivery
- Consolidated shipment (for large or non-standard orders by prior arrangement)
The delivery method is agreed upon with the manager when placing the order.
Order Shipment
Goods are shipped after advance payment. Once payment is confirmed, the order is packed and handed over to the selected shipping company as soon as possible.
After shipment, you will receive a waybill number to track your package.
Delivery via “Nova Poshta”
Once the shipment arrives at the branch, you will receive an SMS or a notification in the “Nova Poshta” mobile app with the express waybill number.
Upon pickup, you must:
- provide the shipping waybill number;
- present a valid ID (for shipments subject to the requirements of current legislation).
The period of free storage is determined by the carrier’s rules.
The delivery cost is calculated according to Nova Poshta’s rates and depends on the weight, dimensions, and destination.
Delivery via “Delivery”
The Delivery transport company is the optimal solution for transporting oversized products and commercial cargo.
Delivery is available:
- to the nearest company office;
- to the recipient’s address (this service is charged separately according to the carrier’s rates).
After shipment, a manager or the transportation company will provide all necessary information regarding the receipt of the cargo.
Consolidated Shipping
For large shipments or non-standard orders, AD Sale Group can arrange consolidated shipping.
This option allows you to optimize logistics costs when transporting bulky cargo. The cost, delivery times, and route are agreed upon individually with your manager.
Pickup
You can pick up your order yourself once it is fully ready.
Before arriving, be sure to contact an AD Sale Group manager to:
- confirm that the order is ready;
- agree on the date and time of pickup;
- verify the address of the warehouse or pickup location.
Payment
We operate legally and offer transparent terms of cooperation.
Available payment method:
- bank transfer via invoice.
Once the funds are credited, the order is forwarded for packing and shipment.
Important Information
We carefully inspect every order before shipment to ensure you receive products of the proper quality and in full.
If you notice any damage to the packaging or the goods upon receipt, we recommend that you inspect the shipment in the presence of a representative from the shipping company and, if necessary, immediately file a damage report.
